I work at the intersection of telecommunications, IT, and organisational change — the practical experience of having sat inside both technical and operational teams during periods of transformation.
My approach draws on PRINCE2 project governance, ITIL 4 service management, and Prosci change management — not as separate toolkits, but as a single lens for working out where change efforts tend to stall, and building fixes people actually use. That approach was independently recognised when UK Research and Innovation endorsed me as a Global Talent during a KTP-led transformation project.
XI works on a simple principle: start with the problem, not the technology. That's why the tool comes last — and why it's usually one you already own.
